From frozen and chilled cooked products to Halal-certified products, they deliver high-quality, ethically produced food to suit a variety of needs.
POSITION SUMMARY To provide administrative support to the warehouse team that works with the manufacturing facility. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the organisation and recording of all movements of finished products and pallets through the warehouse. RESPONSIBILITIES
Printing of SSCC labels for inbound stock for Purchase Orders.
Printing of pick slips for orders.
Printing of delivery dockets for completed orders.
Complete paperwork and make transport bookings for deliveries to Coles and Woolworths.
Booking deliveries with major Foodservice customers.
Preparation of pallet movement dockets for outbound shipments.
Booking of deliveries with transport companies.
Preparation of consignment notes and booking forms for out bound deliveries.
Ensure that QA paperwork is completed correctly on a daily basis.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Communication with Warehouse and Manufacturing staff , Customer Service, Supply Chain, Drivers and Transport Companies.
Provide administrative support to warehouse team.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
High level of resilience.
Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System
Exposure to quality systems
Minimum 4 years warehousing experience
