Innovative? Dynamic? An environment where your technical skills and creativity can shine?
Are you a passionate Senior Project Manager within the residential land development space? Ready to bring your expertise into an uplifting and motivated team?
Ready to bring your industry experience into an uplifting team? A team who’s motivated and cheering each other on. You’ll be joining a direct team of 11, but in the wider business, 80.
You’ll be joining a solid organisation with over 40 years under their belt across Greater Sydney. They’ve been helping the region across public and private sectors. Designing, managing and delivering some of the largest and innovative land development projects is what they’re all about.
As a land developer or Government client, they’ll have access to a complete range of services across strategic engineering, planning, project management, civil engineering design, stormwater management and more! To say you’ll have some pretty impressive colleagues and mentors is an understatement.
Based out of Penrith CBD, a brand-new office, all the facilities you could dream of. Ample parking, public transport facilities, cafes and shopping centres. You’re spoilt for choice.
Looking for opportunities to learn and develop? A place where you can have access to training? You’re in the right place.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll be at the forefront and playing a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all activities in line with land development and major infrastructure projects- you’ll probably have a background in residentials- commercial and industrial potentially. Big tick with some solid greenfield subdivision delivery too.
You’ll encompass everything from master planning and development applications through to the final handover of projects. Efficiency, timing and within budget. It’s a no brainer, right? You’ll hone in on your close liaison with clients, sub-consultants and all other stakeholders for that best outcome.
Are you someone who’s come off from the tools earlier in your career and stepped into project management? Or are you someone in the field of project management, say 5 years of experience in land development? Either or really. Your passion, drive and motivation is what we’re looking for.
You’ll have a team of 5 Seniors, 4 Project Managers, Assistants and some Undergrads. Collaboration and mentoring is key. You’ll have some solid experience providing input and assisting with project budgets, programs and addressing any deviations. You’re a gun when it comes to dealing with sub-consultants too. Following up on DA’s or CC’s to ensure they’re secured. It’s all critical.
Financial record and timely invoicing won’t come new to you either. It’s important you’re maintaining this from start to end. Upholding and promoting Quality Assurance comes with it naturally. But hey, with a solid team on your hands, it’s got to be front of mind. Especially performing day to day as a mentor to your grads or even your technical guidance towards Design Engineers across the business.
Your time management and stakeholder engagement are an asset of yours- Face to face or virtually, it’s a mixture. The way you manage your project scopes, communicate internally and externally are apart of your reputation.
With your strong understanding of the land development project lifecycle and statutory requirements within NSW, you’re going to be in your element here. Driven to develop your career? Move into a Senior role over time? A Leader? The choice is yours.
You’ll bring a Civil Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualifications. Solid knowledge of construction methods and practices. And your proficiency in in MS Office Suite will come with it to.
Your new organisation:
A trusted and highly respected partner in providing innovative Civil Engineering and Project Management services, for Land Development and Infrastructure projects is just a small snippet of who they are. It’s the people. The culture. The environment. They’ve built a strong reputation across the Greater Sydney region over the last 40 years.
You’ll be working with a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values your contributions. Your career is front-of-mind, so growing in a role that offers leadership opportunities and technical challenges is the kind of environment you’ll get to enjoy.
