You'll be the go-to for product queries, order processing, and logistics coordination. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with freight providers, liaise with manufacturing teams, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll need 

• 2-4 years of B2B customer service experience 

• CSV experience within an industrial setting such as Manufacturing or Engineering 

• A knack for problem-solving and making things happen 

• Confidence using ERP systems and managing logistics 

• A solutions-focused mindset and a drive to improve processes
